How It's Made

A playful fusion that brings together the nostalgic comfort of instant noodles with the bold, glossy glaze of Korean-style fried chicken. Three double-fried drumettes in a sweet-spicy sauce sit alongside springy noodles and a fresh fried egg. It started as a staff meal experiment and the response was so overwhelming it earned a permanent spot on our menu.
